We are writing on behalf of the National Science Foundation (NSF) to let you know that the Louis Stokes Alliances for Minority Participation (LSAMP) WebAMP Reporting Site originally scheduled to reopen in late September has been delayed until mid-late October. The new launch date will be shared with the LSAMP community once it is determined how a possible government shutdown may impact the schedule.
As previously communicated, when the WebAMP Reporting Site opens, those who submitted data in the past will see some changes to the survey. Briefly, some questions have been reworded and some have been removed; no new questions have been added. As usual, the WebAMP Technical Support team will be available to assist with any questions that may arise regarding submission of your data.
We will be back in touch to confirm when the WebAMP Reporting Site will be available to submit information for the July 1, 2021 – June 30, 2022, and the July 1, 2022 – June 30, 2023, reporting periods and provide instructions for logging into the site and reporting data for your award. We will also provide a summary of the changes to the reporting site. Ample time will be provided to all PIs to allow for the reporting of multiple reporting periods of data. In the meanwhile, should you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact your managing LSAMP program officer or WebAMP Technical Support.
We will also be hosting a demonstration of the revised data reporting site prior to the survey opening. A calendar invitation with information for accessing the webinar will be sent in the coming weeks.
Sincerely,
LSAMP WebAMP Technical Support
