Cancelation Policy

The cancellation policy is a full refund will be granted thirty (30) days prior to the event and a 50% partial refund will be granted fifteen (15) days prior to the event. A refund can be requested by emailing inlsamp@iu.edu.

Registration Payment Options

We realize that Alliances have special needs when it comes to registering their students, so we are offering two options:

1. Pay by PO. If your alliance would like to register their group using a PO, please reach out to Deb Cole at cole22@iupui.edu to get a custom discount code for your alliance. This code will allow you to have alliance members register without paying at the time of registration. Then you will be invoiced for the registrations that were submitted using your code, minus any presenters who get complimentary registration.
2. Pay by P-card. If your alliance would like to pay by departmental p-card, Alliance personnel can register up to 20 persons per transaction. The required information that you will need to collect from your alliance registrants for the registration completion is as follows:
   • Dietary restrictions
   • Accessibility needs
   • Have they ever been to an LSMCE/LSMRCE conference before?
   • Permission to use pictures or video with them in it
