Attention LSAMP alumni: Share your successes with the community through video or text!

This year is the 30^th Anniversary of the of NSF Louis Stokes Alliances for Minority Participation (LSAMP) and we will be celebrating the entire month of October. The festivities will culminate at the annual conference, Empowering Diverse STEM Innovators, which will be held virtually October 22-24^th. We would like to celebrate by amplifying the success of the scholars who participated in the LSAMP program at their school.

How will you amplify the LSAMP alumni successes?

We invite LSAMP alumnus to submit a short video recording (2 minutes) of yourself or a text message with photo(s). We want to know who you are, where you went to school, and what you are doing now. In addition, we welcome you to tell us how the LSAMP program helped you, give a special shout-out to your LSAMP or mentor, or send words of encouragement to those scholars who are coming behind you.

What are we doing with these messages?

The video submissions and messages will be made into a montage and broadcasted during the LSAMP annual conference and 30th Anniversary celebration in October. We will send the link to all who submit their success story.

Here’s how you can participate:

1) Submit a short video recording of yourself (2 minutes max). Then upload your video HERE by September 30^th.

2. Where you went to school and the LSAMP program (if you remember)
3. What you are doing now
4. How has the LSAMP program helped you or words of encouragement to current scholars

OR

2) Submit a message and photo. Use this online form to upload your information and any photo(s) you want to share.
