NSF INCLUDES National Network Virtual Convening: Mobilizing to Transform Systems

• Flash talks and small breakout sessions with federal agency and industry representatives, including NASA, USGS, and Boeing (4:20 p.m. on August 11)

• Roundtables on building industry partnerships, community-based & out-of-school opportunities to broaden participation in STEM, women in STEM, students with disabilities, and many more (1:10 p.m. and 3:05 p.m. on August 12)

• Keynote and Q&A with Chike Aguh, Chief Innovation Officer, United States’ Department of Labor and former head of economic mobility pathways at the nonprofit Education Design Lab. (12:50 p.m. on August 11)

As the National Network moves into its fourth year, we’ll be inspired to sustain and scale our programs that broaden participation in STEM education and careers. We’ll harness our collective power to transform inequitable systems and accelerate the movement to achieve the diverse, innovative, and world-leading STEM workforce needed for the nation to compete in the 21st century. And stay tuned for more information about an online media showcase where you can highlight your work!

There is no cost to attend any portion of the event.
