Call for Poster Judges
Judges receive complimentary conference registration!
We are seeking approximately 50 judges to review and score the student research posters.
Ideal candidates are STEM fellows, post-docs, STEM faculty researchers, representatives from industry, and student mentors.
The poster session will be held in-person on Saturday, November 4, 2023, from 2-4p CT, at the Hilton Oak Brook Hills Resort and Conference Center.
Judges are asked to:
- Attend a 30-minute training session the week of October 25th. Date/time TBD.
- Bring your smartphone, tablet, or laptop with you to submit your scores using the online form.
- Review and score approximately 10 posters over a 2-hour period.

a letter for your CV, and acknowledgment on the conference website.
