Registration includes a breakfast buffet and lunch buffet on Saturday and a breakfast buffet on Sunday. Light refreshments will be served at the networking reception on Friday evening. Dinner is on your own. There are many nearby, affordable food options including the food court in the Woodfield Mall, located directly across the street from the hotel. The hotel provides shuttle service to the mall and surrounding area.

Registration Payment Options

We realize that Alliances have special needs when it comes to registering their students so we are offering two options:

  1. Pay by PO. If your alliance would like to register their group using a PO, please reach out to Deb Cole at cole22@iupui.edu to get a custom discount code for your alliance. This code will allow you to have alliance members register without paying at the time of registration. Then you will be invoiced for the registrations that were submitted using your code, minus any presenters who get complimentary registration.
  2. Pay by P-card. If your alliance would like to pay by departmental p-card, Alliance personnel can register up to 20 persons per transaction. The required information that you will need to collect from your alliance registrants for the registration completion is as follows:
    1. Dietary restrictions
    2. Accessibility needs
    3. Have they ever been to an LSMCE/LSMRCE conference before?
    4. Permission to use pictures or video with them in it
    5. Acknowledgement of health and safety statement: We will follow the local and state guidelines. In the past, Illinois required proof of vaccination for large gatherings. That is not a mandate right now but if it were to go into effect, we would need that documentation or they would not be able to attend.

Cancelation Policy

The cancellation policy is a full refund, minus 10% processing, will be granted thirty (30) days prior to the event and a 50% partial refund will be granted fifteen (15) days prior to the event. A refund can be requested by emailing inlsamp@iu.edu.

Health and Safety Policy

All prevailing State and Local mandates on COVID-19 will be strictly adhered to and enforced.
