Deadline extended to June 1: Stanford Medicine's Propel Fellowship for postdocs from diverse backgrounds - apply now!
Categories: Post-Doc/Fellowship
Date: 6/1/2022
Launched in 2021, the Stanford School of Medicine welcomed its first cohort of ten Propel Postdoctoral Scholars. The Propel Postdoctoral Scholars Program seeks to attract and train talented postdocs who would bring diversity (broadly defined) to the future professoriate in the biological, biomedical, and population-based sciences.
Propel is a 2-year cohort-based program that provides a $75,000 annual salary with benefits, as well as access to $5,000 supplemental research funds. Propel’s programming includes: community-building activities, academic career preparation courses, workshops, and seminars to foster career development and leadership skills, and opportunities to enhance key skills in grant writing, science communication, networking and mentoring.
