PennVIEW - University of Pennsylvania recruitment event for postdoctoral fellows of underrepresented backgrounds
Categories: Post-Doc/Fellowship
Date: 5/1/2022
We are excited to be hosting our next virtual
PennVIEW
, June 13-14, 2022. In this important recruiting event, we will host upper-level graduate students to give them the opportunity to explore Penn laboratories for their postdoctoral research and training opportunities in biomedical sciences. During a visit with hybrid format, our PennVIEW participants will learn about Penn, interview with prospective mentors, network with current postdocs in our Biomedical Postdoctoral Programs, and learn about life in Philadelphia. Applicants are selected from a national pool of candidates who expect to complete their thesis research within a year.
Applications for PennVIEW are open until May 2, 2022. Interested candidates can visit our site:
https://www.med.upenn.edu/pennview/
Please share this opportunity with PhD students and your broader networks in biomedical sciences by circulating this email & attached flyer, or by sharing on Twitter or LinkedIn. If there are postdoc candidates you are interested in, encourage them to apply to PennVIEW. Trainees underrepresented in biomedical research are encouraged to apply.
We appreciate your engagement and support in bringing the next wave of highly-qualified postdoctoral research fellows to Penn. For any questions, please do not hesitate to connect with us at pennview@pennmedicine.upenn.edu.
