Texas A&M University - Sr Graduate Student Specialist II Position

The Graduate & Professional School is seeking a Senior Graduate Student Specialist II (SGSS II) to lead the development, implementation and evaluation of university-wide recruiting strategies and initiatives that inform and attract prospective graduate and professional students to Texas A&M University. This position will manage prospective student communication planning and oversee the client relationship management strategies across multiple platforms including print, digital and social media campaigns. The SGSSII, in concert with other university offices, will also develop and implement marketing plans, strategies, and materials aimed at enhancing recruitment and conversion of applicants. A few of the SGSS II duties include:
Creating a dynamic web presence and a communication plan for prospective graduate and professional students.
Providing guidance and direction to prospective and newly matriculated graduate and professional students.
Organizing and presenting at seminars, class visits, workshops, career fairs, and other recruitment events
Working collaboratively with representatives from student organizations and other departments and programs university-wide.
The successful candidate will be a part of a diverse team and must be adaptable, service-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and be able to work independently and interdependently.
